Terms of use
These terms govern your use of the Jumi Creative customer portal, operated by Visualsofjulius Oy (Business ID 2941901-6), Lempinkuja 5, 21380 Aura, Finland ("we"). By signing in you accept them.
1. What the portal does
The portal gives you access to digital products you have already purchased from Jumi Creative (previously delivered through Kajabi). It does not sell products or take payments. The purchase itself remains governed by the terms, refund policy and prices that applied when you bought, published at jumicreative.com.
2. Your account
Access is tied to the email address used for the purchase. You sign in with a one-time link sent to that address. Keep your mailbox secure and do not forward sign-in links. If your email address has changed, contact us and we will move your products to the new address after verifying the purchase.
3. Licence
Each product is licensed, not sold. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime licence to use the courses, files, brushes, presets and other materials for your own creative work, including commercial work you produce with them.
You may not:
- share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the files or videos;
- share your sign-in link or account with others;
- re-upload course videos or product files anywhere;
- use the materials to create a competing product or training;
- remove copyright notices.
We may suspend access if we detect sharing or abuse. All content stays the copyright of Visualsofjulius Oy or its licensors.
4. Availability
We aim to keep the portal available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, update or retire the portal. If we ever discontinue it, we will give you a reasonable way to download the files you own.
5. Receipts and refunds
You can download a copy of the receipt for each purchase from your account page. Refunds follow the refund policy in force when you bought the product, available at jumicreative.com. Statutory consumer rights under Finnish and EU law are not affected.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Finnish consumer protection law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability relating to the portal is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product.

8. Law and disputes
Finnish law applies. Consumers in the EU may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence. Disputes can be brought before the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi) or the courts of Finland; EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
